My perspective was shaped inside banks, beginning in the JPMC branch network and evolving through digital, cloud, and core modernization roles before leading open banking initiatives across banks, credit unions, fintechs, and technology providers.

Today at Fiserv, I focus on advancing open banking and platform openness within core account processing environments — with an emphasis on interoperability, API strategy, and ecosystem enablement.
